Apparently the trains were rather bad last week?
Anyway if you have a monthly or annual season ticket you can claim some money back here:

I get the Greater Anglia line and always put in a delay repay claim. If those cunts can keep fleecing passengers with a shoddy service i'm gonna claim.
I reckon they sent me about £200 over the last 12 months. At one point i sent them about 10 claims in one month.

90% of my bets nowadays are on the NFL (first TD scorers) and Cricket (Top run scorers), with the rest on first goalscorer bets and golf.
Actually don't do too badly, as you only need to pick up one first TD scorer to cover everything else, as the odds are normally decent.
Ultimately though, I obviously lose!!
Just for you though, I will smash the entire lot on a West Ham win at Stoke, with Valencia to score first :o)

To get a free £30/40 back, yes they will Ernie. Will pay for my Stoke away ticket.
My ticket costs over 3 grand a year, so I will claim whatever they offer every time, for the sake of just sticking in your details.
